Loren and Hannah were separated almost three years ago. DCYF has not proven their case against Loren. There is no evidence of harm. DCYF knows they’re in the wrong and rather than admit it they have chosen to dig in their heels and retaliate.
The court has ordered DCYF to return Hannah to her mother multiple times, and DCYF has simply acted like it never happened.
DCYF tried to terminate Loren’s parental rights and failed. Now there are multiple motions pending and Hannah’s future is hanging in the balance.
